After 20 yrs of moving every few yrs with the military, my husband and I were beyond ready to settle down, and April is the reason we are now living in our forever home. She is warm, experienced, available, patient, detail oriented, and efficient. We had to travel in from out of state multiple times during our search, and April always cleared her schedule to power through long days of looking at all kinds of houses and neighborhoods (especially in the beginning!) and ultimately helped us refine the right location and home type for our family.
