She very quickly developed an understanding for what we like and don't like and provided great advice in regard to school districts, local tax levels as we sought to narrow down the options. We had not decided on an area so were looking all over the Front Range. She asked the right questions to get us thinking of what was important to us. We started our search for our forever home during COVID. We shared with April that we weren't under a time constraint During the lengthy home search, April never tired of us! She was AMAZING!!! Anytime a home came on the market or was coming on the market that April thought we might be interested in, she'd contact us. In the end, we found our forever home from one April shared with us that was to hit market shortly. If you don't have April as your realtor, you might have the wrong realtor! April also represented our son in his first home purchase. She helped educate him on all aspects of the purchase process and shared her opinions on homes shown to him. She helped us purchase our forever home, along selling our prior home. buying a home in Colorado.. I live in Maryland but my adult children when to CU and have settled in the Denver area. April knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and when I was finally ready, she arranged 11 house tours in 2 days when I was out visiting my kids in September. I knew the house I wanted . After 20 yrs of moving every few yrs with the military, my husband and I were beyond ready to settle down, and April is the reason we are now living in our forever home.
